Description

In this role, you will maintain visual merchandising standards across the store to bring the brand vision to life, support VM strategies that drive traffic and sales, and enhance the customer experience. You'll execute weekly directives, manage product presentation, and collaborate with the team to keep the store aligned with guidelines.

Requirements

• Ability to follow corporate visual guidelines and weekly directives
• Customer-focused mindset, prioritizing service over tasks
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work Mondays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, Fridays, and Weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate product presentation following VM guidelines
• Complete weekly Go Lives in an organized and timely manner
• Oversee VM recovery efforts (swapping low lines, moving slow sellers, removing duplicates, replenishing notches)
• Facilitate efficient shipment processing to maximize sales
• Contribute to cleanliness and organization of sales floor, fitting rooms, and windows
