๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll join Verkada's Corporate Field Sales team to drive new business within a defined territory covering Wisconsin and Illinois. You'll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focusing on net new logos in enterprise organizations. This role offers the chance to disrupt the physical security industry with a leading cloud platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, demos, trials, and negotiations.
  • Meet or exceed individual quotas with at least 2-3 qualified net new logos per quarter.
  • Drive customer retention through expansion discussions and channel partner initiatives.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of quota-carrying B2B software/hardware technology sales.
  • Proven track record of closing new logos and landing major accounts against incumbents.
  • Hunter sales mentality with strong desire to succeed.
  • Live in Illinois or Wisconsin and willing to travel up to 50%.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to CIO/CTO/CISO/CFO at Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Knowledge of MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Background in security software, physical security, or cloud/SaaS.
