💼 About This Role

You'll lead the FP&A function for a fast-growing B2B technology company and serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Your core impact will be driving performance analysis and reporting to improve business outcomes. This role offers the chance to scale processes and mentor a team in a recognized great workplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 finance professionals
• Own actuals, budget, and forecast for all topline metrics
• Lead annual planning, monthly and quarterly forecasting
• Oversee commission administration and forecasting
• Deliver variance analysis and commentary across key topline drivers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance and leadership experience in B2B technology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize insights
• Deep expertise in topline KPIs including ARR and SaaS metrics
• Experience with Pigment (or similar FP&A tools) and Salesforce

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or equivalent degree
• Experience with US GAAP / ASC606 revenue recognition
