You'll own a product area at the frontier of AI, reinventing customer support by empowering Care teams with AI agents. You'll shape the next generation of AI customer support across Email, Phone, and Chat. You'll build tooling that lets teams configure, test, monitor, and improve AI agents.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for AI customer support
- Work with designers, engineers, and ops to implement product
- Partner with sales, customer care, and insurance teams
- Stay at the forefront of AI progress and translate into product impact
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience in fast-paced environment
- Fluency in French and English
- Experience building AI products or strong willingness to learn LLM-based systems
- Builder mindset: hands-on with debug tools, traces, evaluation dashboards

- Experience with customer support or AI agents
- Strong written communication skills
- Member-first instinct with user research experience
