📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years in backend development
• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot
• Knowledge of REST API design and security (OAuth2, JWT)
• Experience with TDD/BDD and unit testing

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS, SASS)
