💼 About This Role

You'll drive growth within the health plan segment for Sword Health's Mental Health AI Care platform, securing and expanding strategic partnerships with leading payers. You'll own regional market development, build a pipeline, and lead deal execution for complex, high-impact opportunities in the behavioral health space, positioning Sword's AI-driven solutions as a category-defining answer to the global mental health crisis.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect and close complex enterprise deals with regional and national health plans.
• Develop and articulate value propositions tailored to payer economics and clinical performance.
• Build and nurture executive-level relationships with health plan decision-makers.
• Partner with SMEs to build strategic collateral and refine financial models.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of Sales or Business Development experience.
• 3+ years selling directly into the Mental Health space.
• Deep understanding of payer landscape and diverse LOBs (Commercial, ASO, Medicare Advantage, ACA).
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing multi-year enterprise agreements.
