You'll lead research strategy across 3-4 product teams, running mixed-method studies to solve complex problems. You'll proactively identify research opportunities and represent the user perspective in trade-off discussions. This role offers the chance to shape product roadways and build AI-driven research workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead mixed-method studies (qualitative & quantitative) to tackle complex problem spaces
• Facilitate workshops translating findings into product requirements
• Act as strategic partner to Product and Design stakeholders
• Build resources enabling stakeholders to run independent research

📋 Requirements

• 4–7 years of applied UX research experience
• Proficiency across qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into research workflow
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple product teams

• Experience with digital advertising and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
• Experience conducting UX research on AI-powered features
