Description

In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and strategic decision-making, ensuring Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing teams have the tools and insights to scale. You will manage the RevOps tech stack, build KPI dashboards, optimize processes, and support forecasting to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Experience implementing automation and AI-driven insights in revenue operations workflows
• Proven track record of integrating AI tools with CRM and GTM technology stacks
• Built and maintained AI-driven dashboards and reporting for actionable insights
• Design and maintain sales training processes, documentation, and onboarding sequences

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot) for data integrity and synchronization
• Build and maintain centralized KPI dashboards to identify pipeline trends and opportunities
• Partner with Revenue teams to refine workflows and improve deal velocity
• Provide quantitative foundation for revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews
• Audit bookings and billings with Finance and Customer Success
