💼 About This Role

You'll manage billing operations and support general ledger accounting for a high-growth privacy platform. Your work ensures accurate revenue reconciliation and scalable financial processes. You'll report directly to the Controller and have opportunities to expand into broader accounting functions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage customer invoicing and subscription setup
• Oversee collections and resolve billing disputes
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Process accounts payable and expense reports

📋 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Full-cycle accounting experience including general ledger and monthly reconciliations
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles

• Experience with HubSpot, Ramp, or similar financial tools
• Experience supporting month-end close in a high-growth environment
• Experience building or improving accounting workflows
