Description

You will provide technical and clinical expertise to support the safe adoption of Inspire therapy for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Your role involves working with physicians and clinic staff to ensure procedural success and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years clinical, healthcare, or medical device experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in a clinical setting
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel within territory

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation
• Maintain credentials for hospital and clinic access
• Educate and support account clinical staff
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting
• Disseminate scientific and clinical information to customers and sales team
