You'll act as a subject matter expert for global registration operations, bridging customers, engineering, and carrier partners. You'll navigate complex regulatory landscapes and optimize compliance workflows. This role is critical for enabling seamless customer operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage RCS brand onboarding technical requirements
• Coordinate registration for 10DLC, Toll-Free and Short Code campaigns
• Direct submission and vetting processes to minimize time-to-market
• Day-to-day relationships with Tier 1 global carriers

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years Operations experience in Telecom or CPaaS
• Deep expertise in US Carrier Operations and CTIA Messaging Principles
• Understanding of telephony ecosystem (A2P vs P2P) and regional regulations
• Strong proficiency in data tools (Excel, Google Sheets)

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SQL or JIRA
• Experience mentoring junior analysts
