• Lead project management office to track KPIs and report outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to align resources and priorities
• Drive process optimization and best-practice standardization
• Support site operations during peak demand with problem-solving

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in change management, logistics, or supply chain
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
