As a Business Development Representative for the DACH region, you will be the first touchpoint for German-speaking prospects, generating leads and building relationships with key decision-makers. You'll collaborate with sales executives, attend a training program, and gain skills for a career in tech sales.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience preferred; previous SDR/BDR experience advantageous
  • Language fluency in English and German mandatory
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to proactively qualify customer needs and articulate business opportunity
  • Customer-first mindset and willingness to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Focus on lead generation within the DACH market
  • Proactively engage with and reach out to new prospects via LinkedIn, email, phone
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off qualified prospects
  • Successfully reach pipeline targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across industries
