You'll join the Modeling & AI team to build custom propensity models. You'll own end-to-end machine learning pipelines that directly impact customer outcomes. This role blends customer collaboration with technical innovation at a people data and AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and deploy production-level predictive models end-to-end.
• Synthesize first-party and proprietary data for feature engineering.
• Partner with Product and Customer Success to shape modeling strategy.
• Communicate model performance and impact to diverse stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in data science or ML.
• Production-level predictive modeling experience (classification, regression).
• Expert proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker for model deployment.
• Experience with Airflow for data pipeline orchestration.
• Background in marketing analytics, ad-tech, fintech, or nonprofit.
