Description

You will lead cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and developers to deliver complex digital products for global clients. You'll manage strategy, design thinking, project scope, timelines, and client relationships, while mentoring team members and identifying business development opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience leading management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Clear understanding of complex management, business, and finance processes across various verticals
• Proven history of leading multiple large and complex programs simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and management consulting engagements as well as design and technology delivery engagements
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project vision and goals are met
• Act as day-to-day client contact, manage expectations and resolve issues
• Lead user experience design thinking workshops with clients
• Identify opportunities for business development and growing existing client relationships
