You'll be instrumental in shaping the customer journey and accelerating adoption through cross-functional collaboration. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage institution-specific onboarding and develop customized workflows.
• Lead virtual or in-person trainings for key ordering personnel.
• Support EMR integration and leverage decision support tools.
• Collaborate with sales, medical, and customer operations teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's + 7 years or Master's + 5 years in healthcare operations or diagnostics.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and healthcare infrastructure.
• Experience navigating complex workflows in academic or community healthcare settings.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks autonomously in a dynamic environment.

✨ Nice to Have

• 2-4 years in a customer-facing commercial role for a regulated healthcare product.
• Knowledge of hematologic disease biology and MRD testing guidelines.
