💼 About This Role

You'll lead automotive AI acceleration market entry as the company's focal point for the segment. Your core impact will be building ecosystem relationships with OEMs and Tier 1s while defining product strategy. This role evolves into a dedicated business line as the segment grows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and nurture OEM and Tier 1 ecosystem relationships
• Represent Axelera in EU-funded automotive and AI projects
• Lead responses to RFIs, RFQs, and partnership inquiries
• Produce Market Requirements Documents for automotive AI needs

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in automotive semiconductor, software, or systems
• Strong understanding of automotive electronics architecture and AI/ADAS
• Experience with functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
• Proven success in market entry or ecosystem development for new tech

• Experience with ASIL levels
• Background in product management for automotive
• Knowledge of EU-funded project execution
