Description

You will be the primary point of contact for partners and members, managing relationships and ensuring seamless execution across teams. You'll drive day-to-day account management, design partner-specific programs, and own the operational rhythm of partner success to drive engagement and renewals.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in customer success, account management, or client services at B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong project management skills
  • Comfort with data and reporting
  • Bonus: Experience with HR, L&D, or People Ops stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day account management as operational point of contact for partner accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with coaching ops, product/engineering, sales, and leadership to surface partner needs
  • Design and execute partner-specific programs to drive engagement and prove ROI
  • Own operational rhythm of partner success: manage renewals tracking and account health indicators
  • Drive engagement and utilization for partners through proactive outreach
