As a new graduate nurse, you will participate in an accredited residency program providing one-on-one patient care in home health settings. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling, paid training, and clinical support while caring for clients of all ages and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Current valid RN license in U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• CPR certification in good standing

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care in home health settings
• Use AlayaCare for electronic charting
• Participate in paid training and simulation labs
• Work with clinical managers to develop skills
• Care for clients of all ages and diagnoses
