🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement sales strategies for new partner acquisitions
• Lead high-profile meetings with F&B groups and negotiate partnerships
• Improve sales function efficiencies and reporting tools
• Mentor direct reports including Team Leads and Business Development Managers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of sales experience
• 2+ years managing >3 direct reports
• Strong analytical skills and leadership qualities
• Proven success in high-growth environments
