You'll lead full lifecycle cultivation facility construction projects and serve as the liaison between HQ and field teams. Your core impact is ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budgets are met across multi-site national build-outs. This role stands out by managing 15-20+ concurrent projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead cultivation facility construction from feasibility through commissioning
• Oversee build-outs of flower rooms, vegetative rooms, and processing areas
• Manage budgets, schedules, and capital cashflow forecasting
• Coordinate high-performance HVACD and environmental control systems

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
• 5+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience with controlled environmental agriculture or indoor grow facilities
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Procore, or similar construction management software

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience managing multi-site, multi-state expansion programs
• Understanding of environmental controls and agricultural infrastructure
