You'll build and manage a partner network to drive revenue through channel and agency relationships. You'll recruit, onboard, and enable partners to generate qualified leads and pipeline, collaborating with sales, legal, finance, marketing, and product teams. This role offers high visibility and ownership in a fast-growing global fintech.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and manage new and existing channel partners across industries
- Recruit new partners to create profitable revenue channels
- Coach partners to achieve channel targets
- Provide sales support to partners in relevant areas
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Channel and agency management experience in cross-border industry
- Proven ability to drive sales through indirect channel management
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
