You'll lead fundraising rounds with Korean and global investors, and design capital strategies for a high-growth AI startup. You'll build financial models and scenario plans to drive key business decisions and create the Pre-IPO/IPO roadmap. This role puts you at the center of distribution and trust expansion in the agent era.

• Lead fundraising rounds with Korean and global investors

• Oversee IR, board communications, and stakeholder relationships
• Build the Pre-IPO/IPO roadmap and governance framework

📋 Requirements

• CFO or equivalent finance leadership experience at a startup
• Proven track record of leading fundraising or capital events
• Strong network with Korean and global investors
• Ability to translate growth strategy into capital market story

• Experience with Pre-IPO/IPO preparation
• Understanding of B2B SaaS or AI platform business metrics
