You'll act as a trusted partner to the Chief Research Officer, bridging AI research, engineering, and product development. You'll translate cutting-edge innovation into scalable solutions and drive execution in a fast-evolving environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support the CRO on daily priorities and strategic initiatives
• Design structures for research and product team scalability
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across tech teams
• Synthesize data into narratives for strategic decisions

📋 Requirements

• Experience in strategy, management consulting, or Chief of Staff role
• Understanding of both AI research and product development
• Track record of driving complex cross-functional projects
• Fluency in English required

• Experience in high-growth or deep-tech companies
• Fluency in German
• Comfort with ambiguity and hands-on execution
