🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale HR function for Europe and APAC operations
• Manage and coach HR Officer in Malaysia
• Partner with global HR counterparts to align policies
• Oversee global benefits administration and compliance

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in Europe and Asia
• BA/BS degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• High proficiency with HR information systems
• Fluent in English and Dutch
