📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in contract negotiation and management
• Experience with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies
• Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, NetSuite)

• Paralegal certification or legal education
• Experience as corporate paralegal or legal support analyst
