You'll own the full planning and execution strategy for a major project pillar at a AAA game studio. Your work will directly shape narrative-driven game development by translating creative goals into executable plans. This role offers leadership of Senior Producers and cross-discipline teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define pillar workflows, milestones, and delivery structures.
• Lead Senior Producers across multiple domains within the pillar.
• Manage cross-domain dependencies and resolve high-impact risks.
• Align pillar priorities with Directors and Executive Producer.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience leading large discipline-led teams as Senior Producer.
• Strong strategic planning and risk management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams toward milestone delivery.
• Clear communication and influence with Directors and external partners.
