You'll lead the design and delivery of best-in-class investor and client experiences for a leading global investment firm, partnering directly with the CEO and senior leadership to create memorable, high-touch events that elevate the brand and strengthen relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end planning of flagship investor conference and bespoke client experiences.
• Partner with CEO on strategic event concepts and confidential initiatives.
• Design and execute employee events strategy across offices.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and scalable processes.

📋 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in event planning or experiential marketing in high-touch corporate environment.
• Experience supporting senior executives and institutional clients in high-visibility settings.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, high-quality events with strong attention to detail.
• Strong creative instincts paired with disciplined execution and project management skills.
