💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and scaling of custom pulsed-power capacitors for Helion's fusion generators. Your work will drive breakthroughs in energy density, reliability, and cost, directly impacting the world's first fusion power plant. This is an onsite role at our Everett, WA office.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle of capacitor development from concept to manufacturing
• Drive low-inductance, high-reliability pulsed capacitor design
• Define material specifications, qualification criteria, and test methods
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or Physics
• 15+ years in pulsed-power capacitor design and manufacturing
• Demonstrated expertise in dielectric physics and high-voltage testing
• Proven ability to lead capacitor design from concept through high-volume production
