๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
- Investigate and resolve complex WordPress issues including performance bottlenecks
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis
- Collaborate with customer success and engineering teams for timely resolution
- Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and troubleshooting documentation
๐ Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress
- PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS debugging proficiency
- Customer-facing technical support experience
- REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git, and version control knowledge

- WooCommerce or Gutenberg experience
- Enterprise-level WordPress hosting environment familiarity
