  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
  • Investigate and resolve complex WordPress issues including performance bottlenecks
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis
  • Collaborate with customer success and engineering teams for timely resolution
  • Build and maintain internal knowledge resources and troubleshooting documentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress
  • PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS debugging proficiency
  • Customer-facing technical support experience
  • REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git, and version control knowledge

โœจ Nice to Have

  • WooCommerce or Gutenberg experience
  • Enterprise-level WordPress hosting environment familiarity
