Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus
• Digital and social media enthusiasm; experience in social media marketing is a plus
• Creative and collaborative approach to challenges
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Target and onboard health and fitness coaches through scouting and pitching
• Manage a portfolio of 15-20 coaches, supporting sustainable business growth
• Collaborate on strategies blending marketing, sales, and business development
• Build trust-based relationships with coaches as a go-to collaborator
• Coordinate projects, participate in key meetings, and ensure quality service
