💼 About This Role

You'll provide virtual teletherapy to Headspace members as a 1099 contractor. Your care will be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on measurement-based mental health support. This role stands out for its flexible scheduling and comprehensive clinical support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct tele-therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video platform
• Complete, sign, and lock clinical notes within 48 hours
• Maintain licensure documentation and update availability calendar
• Collaborate with care team including health coaches and psychiatrists

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience providing clinical psychotherapy
• Independent clinical license in good standing at Master or Doctoral level
• Ability to offer at least 10 sessions per week
• Clinical competence in evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.)
