💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement VMware-based cloud and private infrastructure platforms for enterprise workloads. You'll drive architectural alignment with best practices across compute, networking, storage, and virtualization. This role offers the chance to work with VMware VCF suite in a hybrid environment supporting mission-critical systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design VMware-based cloud and private infrastructure environments.
• Architect enterprise storage solutions (Pure Storage, NetApp, or equivalent).
• Optimize VMware vSAN environments for performance and capacity.
• Integrate VMware networking (NSX & VLAN-backed) with storage and backup systems.
• Ensure platforms meet data protection and cyber resilience requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with VMware-based infrastructure.
• Strong expertise with VMware vSphere, vCenter, HA/DRS, and cluster design.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise storage systems or VMware vSAN.
• Experience integrating virtualization platforms with backup, DR, and cyber recovery solutions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NSX, Fibre Channel, iSCSI.
• VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP or equivalent).
