Description

You will own Nova Credit's technology and product vision, setting strategic direction and leading Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Science, and Product Design. As a key executive, you'll drive innovation, ensure platform reliability and scalability, foster cross-functional collaboration, and represent Nova Credit externally as a thought leader in financial infrastructure.

• Proven ability to own technology and product strategy at executive level
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Engineering, Data Science, and Product Design
• Strong judgment in complex tradeoffs with transformative mindset
• Ability to represent company externally as thought leader
• Track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining talent

• Serve as connective force between Build and other functions to align priorities
