Description

As a Software Engineer IV at Mitratech, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and implementing products for a web-based enterprise application. You'll monitor performance, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across teams to maintain and improve Java applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with Java development
• BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Web Services, RDBMS/SQL, Hibernate, Spring Framework, JUnit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum)

Responsibilities

• Monitor application performance and address bottlenecks
• Mentor junior engineers via code reviews and best practices
• Maintain and improve Java applications (fix bugs, implement updates, optimize performance)
• Create and maintain unit and regression tests
• Perform code reviews to ensure quality and coding standards
