You'll own a portfolio of high-value customers, driving retention and expansion through strategic account plans. You'll act as a trusted advisor, aligning business objectives with the Pantheon WebOps Platform. This role is highly cross-functional, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Support teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
• Conduct strategic success planning and executive business reviews.
• Monitor customer health signals and identify risks and opportunities.
• Drive expansion by uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years in Customer Success or similar enterprise-facing role.
• Proven track record of driving retention and expansion in complex accounts.
• Experience with CRM and CS platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong executive presence and negotiation skills.
