You'll own critical TA programs and operational systems for a high-growth edtech unicorn scaling globally. You'll design efficient workflows and champion AI-enabled tools to drive quality hiring at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and deliver TA programs from problem definition to impact measurement
• Define interviewer standards and capability frameworks
• Manage TA tooling ecosystem and vendor relationships
• Own TA dashboards, reporting cadence, and forecasting

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in TA Operations, Talent Programs, or Recruiting Enablement
• Proven experience owning complex initiatives with sustained impact
• Strong systems, data, and tooling expertise in Talent Acquisition
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage ambiguity

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools
• Experience in edtech or high-growth tech
