Description
In this role, you'll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and sales execution to help scale and optimize the sales organization. You'll partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and Leadership to improve performance, drive efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- 1-4 years experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard/reporting skills
- Self-starter with organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Support annual and quarterly planning including territory design and quota setting
- Analyze sales performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards, forecasts, and reports to track pipeline health and KPIs
- Maintain and improve sales processes across the funnel
- Own CRM hygiene and data integrity; optimize tools and workflows
