Description

In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers from early problem definition to launch, owning both product direction and market narrative. You'll translate product strategy into clear positioning, drive adoption post-launch, and use data and AI to accelerate iteration, ensuring what you build resonates with merchants and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • Strong Product Marketing experience with influence on product strategy
  • High-agency behavior: stepping into ambiguity and driving clarity
  • Exceptional ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear narratives
  • Comfort operating in flat, fast-moving environments with broad ownership
  • Fluency in product tradeoffs and prioritization conversations

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers and Designers during discovery, validation, and delivery
  • Form and pressure-test hypotheses about customer problems and product value
  • Own narrative leadership end-to-end across product initiatives
  • Connect product decisions to downstream enablement for Sales, Customer Success, etc.
  • Drive adoption and feedback loops post-launch, iterating on messaging
