You'll create a positive experience for clients integrating our healthcare IT software. Your core impact is understanding client needs, ensuring success through onboarding, implementation, and training. This role stands out with a focus on long-term relationships and collaboration with Sales.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Deliver positive client experience through great service and engagement
  • Understand client needs and recommend alternatives using resources
  • Collaborate with Sales team to support renewals and expansions
  • Demo software capabilities addressing use-cases and best practices

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer relationship management experience
  • Proven ability to translate between IT and Business stakeholders
  • MS Office proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Authorized to work in U.S. without sponsorship

โœจ Nice to Have

  • 3+ years in federal contracting or account management
  • 3+ years in healthcare technology or terminology (SNOMED, LOINC, etc.)
  • Experience in related fields (Business, Informatics, Public Health)
