💼 About This Role

You'll design, implement, and optimize partner-facing systems within the Global Partner Program and Strategy team. Your core impact will be ensuring data integrity and seamless integrations across PRM, CRM, and learning platforms. This role uniquely combines business and technology to enable a data-driven partner experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate business needs into technical user stories and system designs
• Build and maintain data flows between Salesforce, Impartner PRM, and LMS
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements
• Design dashboards in Tableau and Salesforce for partner performance tracking

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in systems-focused roles (Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Partner Operations) in SaaS
• Deep hands-on experience with CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (Impartner) systems
• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows across enterprise platforms
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with IMpartner
• Familiarity with deal registration and marketing development fund administration
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, DocuSign, Conga/Apttus, or Google Workspace
