💼 About This Role

You'll assess and execute content deals with podcast partners, driving deal analysis and negotiations for Spotify's podcast and video podcasting strategy. You'll independently manage deal workstreams while supporting senior leads.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess and scout new podcast opportunities aligned with content strategy.
• Evaluate commercial deal structures including advertising and subscription models.
• Co-lead deal negotiations with podcast networks and media partners.
• Manage end-to-end contract workflows and coordinate with Legal.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in business affairs, content partnerships, or deal operations within media or podcasts.
• Strong understanding of podcast monetization models (advertising, subscriptions, video podcasting).
• Hands-on experience managing content deals from analysis through execution.
• Comfort engaging in live partner conversations and discussing commercial terms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with financial modeling and revenue forecasts.
• Familiarity with dashboard and performance data tools.
• Background in legal contract coordination.
