You'll coach engineers on code organization, technical debt, and big features while leading tech roadmaps for a SaaS platform with 4.5 million users. You'll stay hands-on by refactoring code and helping squads with complex projects. This role offers the chance to shape architecture for a scale-up with clean architecture focus and strong international expansion.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead architecture evolution and technology roadmap
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and workshops
• Design and implement complex cross-cutting solutions like caching and messaging
• Evangelize clean architecture best practices across R&D

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with complex codebases and software quality
• Cloud expertise (e.g., Azure)
• Proficient in algorithms and software architecture patterns

• Experience in product-led growth companies
• Fluent in French (B2 level)
