Description

You will lead end-to-end program management for high-impact initiatives such as platform migrations and premium support delivery models, driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Operations. You'll also leverage AI agents to support product success programs in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Experience with Jira, Asana, and familiarity with Salesforce
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for internal initiatives including portal-to-console migration and premium support programs
• Drive cross-functional planning, alignment, and execution across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Operations
• Leverage AI agents to support product success programs
• Establish program structures, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
• Proactively identify risks, manage dependencies, and escalate issues
