💼 About This Role

You'll support Teramind's General Counsel by managing commercial contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements as the company grows rapidly. Your core impact is enabling faster contract throughput and reducing deal friction across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role offers high visibility in a lean legal function and the chance to work on cross-border commercial agreements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, draft, and redline MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
• Manage the contract pipeline: track status, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Flag non-standard terms in incoming customer and vendor contracts.
• Maintain contract repository and coordinate with outside counsel.

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certificate, law degree, or J.D.
• 2-5 years experience in corporate legal or law firm environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract structures and SaaS terms.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience supporting a General Counsel in a tech or SaaS company.
• Exposure to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, HIPAA).
• Familiarity with cross-border commercial agreements.
