💼 About This Role

You'll design and build internal products for Customer Experience, Sales, and Partner teams at Contentful, turning ambiguous workflows into reliable systems. You'll own technical direction and contribute production code with a 60/40 implementation-to-architecture split. This high-impact role shapes how CIA approaches internal product development and R&D.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and evolve internal tools for Customer Experience and cross-functional teams
• Build production-quality front-end and back-end code with API design and data flows
• Lead R&D and rapid prototyping to identify high-leverage solutions
• Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Platform, and Legal on responsible data handling

📋 Requirements

• 7–10 years building and operating production web applications
• Hands-on expertise with TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Back-end experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience with Contentful or similar API-first CMS

• Experience building internal tools
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows
• Experience with web crawlers and scraper approaches
