Description

You will lead a team of 3 to 20 associates, overseeing production, quality, and safety in the Outbound and Inbound Departments. You'll monitor productivity, ensure SLAs are met, and maintain communication with management.

Requirements

• 1+ years warehouse experience
• Previous or similar leadership experience
• Fast and efficient with focus on safety and quality

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 to 20 associates
• Review and assign team duties per WLA
• Monitor productivity and update UPH charts hourly
• Ensure Department SLAs are met
• Audit team for correct procedures and quality standards
