💼 About This Role
You'll drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth for an AI platform by owning the full enterprise sales cycle. You'll partner with technical teams to align our solutions with customer priorities, shaping the future of document understanding. This role offers the chance to join a leading open-source AI company as it scales at the frontier of enterprise AI.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Source, develop, and close new enterprise logo accounts.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with decision-makers.
- Lead discovery, value-driven sales cycles, and enterprise negotiations.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to drive successful POCs.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales closing experience with top-performer track record.
- Proven ability to sell into complex organizations and navigate multi-threaded deals.
- Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition and land-and-expand motion.
- Experience selling technical SaaS platforms (AI, developer tools, OSS, or infrastructure).
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI/ML, document intelligence, or orchestration products.
- Familiarity with developer-first sales cycles and technical POCs.
- Track record of multi-year, high-ACV enterprise deals.
