Description

You will manage the logistics of Bird's e-scooter and e-bike fleet in Providence, ensuring vehicles are charged, safe, and positioned to meet community needs. This independent contractor role offers flexibility to scale operations based on your capacity.

Requirements

• Own or have consistent access to a large vehicle (van/truck)
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Comfortable with mobile tools and strong local geography knowledge

Responsibilities

• Collect, deploy, relocate, and retrieve e-scooters and e-bikes daily
• Charge vehicles at your own facility or transport to Bird warehouse
• Manage end-to-end operations to ensure vehicle availability in high-demand areas
• Perform light field safety and maintenance checks
• Problem-solve in real-time and prioritize tasks efficiently
