💼 About This Role

You'll lead and scale the Data Engineering team at TripleLift, an advertising platform, powering core data infrastructure for the AdTech Exchange. You'll oversee end-to-end data pipelines processing hundreds of billions of daily events, ensuring seamless ingestion and storage across cloud platforms. This role offers the opportunity to drive technical direction and mentor a geo-distributed team in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and mentor a geo-distributed team of data engineers
• Oversee design and maintenance of scalable data pipelines
• Manage data platforms like S3, Snowflake, and real-time analytics tools
• Drive agile project management and communicate with stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Engineering with 3+ years in a managerial role
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for large-scale data processing
• Hands-on experience with modern data engineering tools (Spark, Snowflake, Airflow, Druid)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
